FAQ

Everything You
Need to Know.

Common questions about attending, speaking, sponsoring, and the TechSeries.ai platform. Don't see your question? Email ethan@techseries.ai.

Attending
Is this event free to attend?+
Events are $15–20 per person and include access to the full program — keynote, fireside chats, networking reception, and light bites. The coworking space is available from 2:00–4:00 PM complimentary before the event. The December Executive Summit may have separate pricing when announced.
Who should attend TechSeries.ai events?+
Founders, executives, operators, consultants, and technology leaders who are actively thinking about AI adoption — whether you're just getting started or already deploying at scale. Our April 30 event drew 49% founders and 18% C-level executives. If you have a real decision to make about AI, this room is built for you.
What actually happens at the event?+
Doors open at 2:00 PM for complimentary coworking. At 4:00 PM the program kicks off with registration and a vendor showcase. From 4:45–5:15 PM there's a keynote session, followed by fireside chats and breakout conversations until 5:45 PM. The evening closes with a networking reception and vendor engagement until 7:30 PM.
Where are events held?+
All 2026 monthly events are held at Life Time Work Sandy Springs — 5600 Roswell Rd Building C, Sandy Springs, GA 30342. It's one of Atlanta's most premium collaborative workspaces with 100+ companies based on-site, free parking, and a professional event setup. The December Executive Summit venue will be announced separately.
How do I register?+
All registrations are handled through Getnetworked. Click any 'Register' button on this site and you'll be taken directly to the event page where you can RSVP, pay, and connect with other attendees before the event. You can also visit app.getnetworked.com/techseries.ai to see all upcoming events.
What should I expect from the networking?+
Our April 30 event had 92% of attendees open to introductions. The Getnetworked platform gives every attendee a private event chat to connect before, during, and after the event. The venue layout is specifically designed for curated conversations — not a crowded mixer. Expect meaningful connections with real decision-makers.
Is this only for Atlanta-based people?+
The events are held in Atlanta at Life Time Work Sandy Springs, but we regularly have attendees from across the Southeast and beyond. If you're in Atlanta or visiting, these events are worth building your schedule around.
Speaking
How can I speak at a TechSeries.ai event?+
We feature practitioners with real AI implementation results — not keynote-circuit speakers. If your organization has deployed AI systems, driven measurable ROI, or built AI-powered workflows that others can learn from, we want to hear from you. Submit a speaking inquiry through the Sponsors page and we'll be in touch within 48 hours.
What kind of speakers do you feature?+
Every speaker at TechSeries.ai has real implementation experience. We've featured executives from Southwest Airlines, Credo AI, Spark Novus, and MotorDNA — alongside founders, operators, and builders who have shipped AI products in-market. No theorists. No slide-deck-only presentations. Real operators who have done the work.
Sponsoring
How can my company sponsor an event?+
We offer four tiers — Platinum ($2,000), Gold ($1,000), Silver ($500), and Bronze ($250) for single events, plus Series and Annual Partnership packages that bundle all events at up to 23% savings. Every tier includes booth space, logo placement, and tickets. Platinum includes a full attendee lead list within 72 hours. Visit the Sponsors page or email ethan@techseries.ai directly.
What's the ROI for sponsors?+
Our pilot delivered ~$20 cost per in-room executive reached — well below Atlanta B2B CAC. Sponsors get direct access to 80–120 decision-makers per event (72% founder or C-level), 50K+ organic impressions per event, evergreen recap content, and curated lead lists for Platinum and Gold tiers. Sponsorships are limited — Platinum and Gold book out first.
When is the deadline to sponsor the next event?+
To get your logo on the event flyer and have your booth confirmed, we need your commitment 5 days before the event. Respond to ethan@techseries.ai or use the inquiry form on the Sponsors page. We respond within 24 hours and can have everything confirmed same day if you move fast.
Platform & Series
What is Getnetworked?+
Getnetworked is the community platform and event infrastructure that powers TechSeries.ai. Every registration, RSVP, attendee chat, and lead connection runs through Getnetworked. You can find all TechSeries.ai events and join the community at app.getnetworked.com/techseries.ai.
How is TechSeries.ai different from other AI events?+
Most AI events are either giant conferences (expensive, impersonal) or casual meetups (low quality). TechSeries.ai is deliberately sized at 80–120 people — large enough to have energy, small enough that every conversation matters. Every speaker is vetted for real implementation experience. Every sponsor is reviewed for relevance. No fluff. All execution.
What is the Executive Summit in December?+
The December 9, 2026 Executive Summit is the flagship year-end conference — a full-day national event bringing together 1,000+ founders, executives, investors, and operators. Multiple stages, curated tracks, real operator case studies, and interactive experiences. Venue will be announced in fall 2026. Join the announcement list to get early access.
Will there be a 2027 series?+
Yes — Annual Partners get first right of refusal for 2027. The 2026 season is our growth year and the foundation for a multi-city expansion. If you want to be part of it early, the best way is to sponsor or get involved now.
Still have questions?

About TechSeries.ai

Atlanta's Home for
AI Business Execution

TechSeries.ai is the flagship event series from Getnetworked — Atlanta's community platform for AI business leaders. We produce five curated evenings per year at Life Time Work in Sandy Springs, bringing together the region's top operators, founders, and executives.

Our events aren't panels about AI's potential. They're rooms full of people actively implementing it — sharing real numbers, real failures, and real frameworks. Every session follows a structured program: keynote, executive panel, builder spotlight, and meaningful networking.

The 2026 series follows a deliberate arc: from understanding what AI-native companies actually look like, through the economics of scaling AI, to building the teams and systems that can run autonomously. It culminates in an Executive Summit that will set the agenda for Atlanta's AI community in 2027.

Our Mission

We exist to close the gap between AI hype and AI execution.

Most business leaders know AI is transforming their industry. Far fewer have a clear plan to implement it inside their organization. TechSeries.ai is where those leaders get real answers — from peers who've already done the work.

real conversations.

The quality of people in the room is unlike any other Atlanta tech event. Real decision-makers, real conversations about what's actually working with AI.
Atlanta Executive
Series Attendee, 2025
I came expecting a panel. I left with three new clients, two partnership conversations, and a completely different view of how to implement AI in our operations.
Founder, Atlanta Tech Company
Responsible AI Event, Oct 2025
Ethan curates rooms where the conversations are real. No fluff. The speakers are practitioners. The networking is intentional. This is how Atlanta tech should work.
VP Operations
AI in the Workplace Event, Dec 2025
I've been to dozens of AI events. This one was different — they don't just talk about AI, they bring in the people actually deploying it. The ROI on my ticket was immediate.
Enterprise Innovation Lead
Future of AI Event, Feb 2026
As a sponsor, our booth at TechSeries generated more qualified conversations in one evening than most conferences do in a full day. The audience is exactly who we need to reach.
Sponsoring Partner
AI in the Workplace, Dec 2025
